Former ‘big six’ consultant and engineer-turned-sales executive who began using CRM solutions and saw the bottom line impact first-hand. He founded Contactivation in the late-90’s and quickly became the fastest-growing business partner for Sage in North America. Karl hails from Michigan and still a huge Wolverines fan, Karl spends weekends on the sports field with two teenage football and baseball players and playing tennis with his wife, Paula.
Kevin Schlundt
CRM Consulting Manager
Has led hundreds of CRM implementations for a huge variety of organizations -- from high-security government branches to professional football teams to motorcycle manufacturers. Kevin is also a Midwestern transplant, from Ohio, and juggles his technology career with a young family he’s raising with his wife, Michele.
David Puyenbroek
CRM Systems Developer and Integration Manager
Has over two decades of technology experience on two continents, quickly evident from his British accent. David is the wizard who ensures your CRM systems integrate well with your back office software, and solves the most complex migration mysteries with ease. David left his English homeland to marry Jenny and settle in Atlanta.

Design Manager
Barbi brings impressive design experience from both the client and agency side. Barbi is a graduate of the prestigious Art Institute of Atlanta (AIA) where she focused on Web Design and Interactive Media. She was awarded the Gold Award "STARS 2010" for her work by the AIA.
Paula Montgomery
Marketing Advisor
Drawing upon two decades of Relationship Marketing experience with Apple, Kodak and Disney. She helps develop marketing, sales and leadership content to keep our customers informed on ways to boost your bottom line. Transplanted from California, PK is passionate about her family and loves to bake for anyone who will indulge.
