Survey: Small Businesses Recommend Infusionsoft Software

A recent survey
indicated that nearly 95 percent of companies enquired recommended
Infusionsoft, an automatic follow-up software solution by Infusionsoft.
Infusionsoft is a Web-based software
program, which automates marketing, sales, and customer management by
integrating CRM, e-mail marketing and e-commerce in a single system. It
facilitates companies to stay in touch with prospects and customers.
Additionally, the solution automates sales, billing and collections
processes.
The survey, which was conducted
recently, checked with the customer base on how the Web-based solution
was working, as well as to find out what's on the minds of the nation’s
entrepreneurs while running an enterprise.
Survey said that small business
users cite organization, automation and simplification as primary
factors in choosing Infusionsoft. In addition, the company also
eliminated upfront fees for its solution, thereby breaking into the
market of small business solutions.
Many businesses for more than a
decade to operations less than a year old were interrogated. Nearly 95
percent of the 900 respondents said that they agreed with
Infusionsoft's ability to provide the small business sector with a
comprehensive and streamlined solution, which can automate their sales
and marketing. They would recommend the company’s solution to a friend,
colleague or other small business.
Infusionsoft said that it has
facilitated over 400 small businesses to double their sales by putting
lead prospecting and marketing follow-up on autopilot via company’s
automatic follow-up solution, a combination of CRM, e-mail marketing
and e-commerce.
"We are experiencing a record year
of growth in our own eight-year history serving small businesses and
entrepreneurs," said JoAnne Ravielli, vice president of customer
service and support. "But getting this kind of feedback from our own
customers - that Infusionsoft has driven their business forward, even
in this kind of economy - means so much."
In addition, customer survey
respondents also highlighted company’s ability to quickly segment
marketing lists, manage as well as run multi-faceted campaigns,
organize and automate sales and "manage the chaos." More than 90
percent of customers surveyed said they would purchase other products
from the company if given the chance, said Infusionsoft.
Recently, Infusionsoft announced a
record quarter of growth, both in customers and revenue. With the help
