Training
At Contactivation we know that an investment in the best software solution
will be wasted resources unless the end user understands how to use
it and appreciates why it is being used. We offer group and 1:1 training
for end users and administrators ensuring the whole organization can
fully leverage the power of the software in managing customer relationships.
Training is conducted at the client site, or at Contactivation's office.
Participants follow a training manual with exercises from a sample copy
of the client database (with actual customized screens) about to be
implemented.
Service and Support
Technology users come in all skill and confidence levels, from novice
to "tech-savvy". Contactivation provides service and support
to all skill levels for new installations as well as on-going operations.
Service and support is available on a per-incident basis or an annual
contract from Contactivation.
Reseller of Software
Contactivation is an approved vendor for many leading software companies.
If a client is looking for a corporate license of 10 users or more Contactivation
can sell a corporate license at a discount to the single user price.
